Substantially embarrassed themselves by going down 2-1 against TSV Hartberg in their last match. The phase that summed it up was when Austria Vienna failed to register a single shot on target despite the numerical advantage following Diakite's red card.
Rotation CB Plavotic has torn ankle ligaments. Fellow CB Handl is back in training after injury and may be able to feature. Fellow defender Potzmann is carrying a new injury so they're short of options at the back.
Talented youngsters El Sheiwi and Wustinger are long-term absentees. Both are missed in their own way but neither have played for a long time too.
The manager has had to concede defeat with not knowing when injury-prone Raguz will be available again. Despite new arrivals, his absence is still felt.
