In Brief

Florian Valot out injured. Bradley Wright-Phillips also ruled out. Vincent Bezecourt, Daniel Royer and Aaron Long questionable

Looking Back

Needed a late show to see off FC Cincinnati as two goals in the final 12 minutes helped them secure a somewhat fortunate 2-0 win.

Have conceded at least two goals in three of their last four home games.

Good recent record at home with just one defeat and three wins from last five games.

Looking Ahead

Valot is out for long term with an ACL injury while Wright-Phillips misses out with a groin injury

Bezecourt and Long have also missed the last few games with injuries and continue to be listed as doubts

Royer did not feature against Cincinnati due to a muscular injury and is a slight doubt

Points of Interest

Managed to win just once in last five meetings against Real Salt Lake though it has come at the Red Bull Arena

Real Salt Lake

In Brief

Beckerman and Rusnak doubts. Holt back. Beltran and Allen out. RSL make five changes in road trip loss to Montreal.

Looking Back

Real Salt Lake coach Mike Petke made the decision to rest five key players as his side lost to Montreal 2-1 in Canada.

Joao Plata, Justin Portillo, Brooks Lennon, Erik Holt, and Sam Johnson all featured. Johnson notched RSL's only goal of the game, whilst Plata made his first start of the season and Holt was returning from injury.

The changes ensured a negative effect on RSL's game. They were sloppy on the ball, and a lack of chemistry in the starting XI meant they often found themselves exposed and gifting possession too easily.

Looking Ahead

This weekend's trip to New York should see the likes of Corey Baird, Sebastien Saucedo, and Nick Belser return. A more familiar starting XI is likely.

Johnson's goal could give him a shot at starting. He doesn't provide the same physical presence of Baird, however, and that could work against him in a tough away game like the Red Bulls.

Tony Beltran and Jordan Allen are both still sidelined respectively. Kyle Beckerman, meanwhile, has travelled with the squad to New York, but remains doubtful. Albert Rusnak, meanwhile, is also a doubt after coming off against Montral with a hamstring knock.

Points of Interest

Unpredictable away form for RSL - have lost three and won two of last five. Unbeaten in last three vs New York Red Bulls.
