Wustinger's season could be over. El Sheiwi remains out. Guenouche back in training but rule out. Baltaxa 50/50. Tabakovic returns. Raguz/Wels are doubts. Rotation possible.
Crushed Spittal/Drau 7-0 in the OFB-Cup recently. It was all over by HT but that didn't stop a hungry Austria Vienna from continuing into the second-half.
A partially second string Austria Vienna side defeated Borac Banja Luka 1-0 in the UEFA Europa Conference League midweek. Dominated from the outset, and should have sewn it up sooner.
Talented midfielder Wustinger has - despite his youthful age - suffered a second ACL injury. He won't be playing again for a long time.
Striker Tabakovic returned midweek despite sustaining a knock in the match against Spittal/Drau, making Raguz's likely absence less detrimental. Tabakovic continues to be linked with a move elsewhere though.
New defender Guenouche - as well as young talent El Sheiwi - are carrying injuries. The former is back in training so may return next week; the latter has a serious cruciate ligament injury. Potzmann has done well on the left though, so their customary 3-4-3 / 3-4-2-1 should remain.
New midfielder Wels is battling a knee injury.
Although a partial second string eleven played midweek, some regulars (e.g. da Graca) may be rotated out to keep them fresh for next week's trip to Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Rotation defender Baltaxa is 50/50 for this game; not a loss if he fails.
Borkovic returns. Bøving may be benched, as may Jantscher. Have won four in a row against Austria Vienna. Johnston may sit this one out.
Drubbed part-timers SAK Klagenfurt 7-2 in the OFB-Cup recently despite a hailstorm early on, which caused a temporary stoppage to the game. Started both halves really strongly.
Lost a midweek friendly against Racing Club Strasbourg 3-0, although at least a lot of their players got valuable game time.
Centre-back Borkovic returned from injury midweek.
Fan favourites Jantscher is going to find it tough to get into the eleven with new striker Wloldarczyk having played a key role in their win last match.
Bøving didn't play especially well last match so may be benched in favour of Horvat starting.
Due to having only acquired him this week, a place in the squad may be a little too soon for new right-back Johnston.
Have won their last four meetings with Austria Vienna, home or away.
