In Brief

First game in their new stadium. May adopt a 4-1-4-1. Rotation in attack likely. No Dobras.

Looking Back

Found their first ever Bundesliga match tough going. Lost 2-1 against Wolfsberger AC but looked like a fish out of water at times, although did improve after the interval with a change of personnel/formation.

Looking Ahead

Changes are likely given the polarising performances last match between the first-half and second-half.

Defender Maranda and midfielder Tursch have been absent of late. The former is a big miss; no explanation as to why he's out. Tursch has a serious cruciate ligament injury; not missed.

First Bundesliga match in their new Hofmann Personal stadium.

May adopt a 4-1-4-1 instead of a 3-4-3, the latter of which let them down last match. Under-performers like Windhager may be benched. Midfielder Haudum may be asked to slot in at CB again with Tursch injured and Maranda having been out lately with no specific reason given - he's sorely missed.

Rotation in attack likely after a highly unconvincing showing last match.

Still no sign of veteran creator Dobras, who is not yet fit enough to play.

Trialling Mathis Bruns & Isaac Solet; unclear if they'll be acquired permanently or not at this point.

New defender Pasic is carrying a groin injury.

In Brief

Sangare suspended. Frieser returns. Karamarko reportedly on his way out. Wilfinger injured.

Looking Back

Sangare cost his team three points last match by getting sent off. They were in cruise control against Austria Lustenau but conceded two soft goals to draw 2-2 instead.

Looking Ahead

Sangare's dismissal last match means he's suspended for the next two matches. Ordinarily he'd be missed but he's only just returned to the club so they should be ok. He will return for the Red Bull Salzburg match, although he didn't play against his parent club during his last loan spell at Hartberg so may be denied the opportunity to play in that game too.

They've been forced into fielding midfielder Heil at right-back of late, clearly not trusting Kovacevic to do the job there because of his age. It's not an ideal situation.

Backup goalkeeper Ehlmann has undergone shoulder surgery. He will not be back playing until after the winter break. They're actively looking around for a suitable replacement.

CB Karamarko was again omitted last match, pouring fuel on the fire that he'll be sold soon. Midfield regular Frieser returned from injury though. If he starts, it could force Kainz to the bench.

Midfielder Wilfinger is injured; not a loss.
