Drew 0-0 at home in the Vienna derby at the weekend. Held their own quite well but the dismissal of Holland and Braunoder meant that winning it was little more than a pipe dream. A draw was fair.
Midfield duo Holland and Braunoder were both dismissed in the Vienna derby, which leaves a gaping hole in the CDM position, especially with captain Fischer also out.
Rotation CB Plavotic has torn ankle ligaments. However, regular CB Galvao returns from suspension to negate it.
Talented youngsters El Sheiwi and Wustinger are long-term absentees. Both are missed in their own way but neither have played for a long time too.
The manager has had to concede defeat with not knowing when injury-prone Raguz will be available again. Despite new arrivals, his absence is still felt.
Rotation option Pazourek may be omitted.
Attack is a big problem. New striker Asllani hasn't settled yet, Huskovic is out of form, Schmidt hasn't done enough since signing, and now they've reverted to fielding winger Gruber up front in sheer desperation.
Rotation LWB Guenouche is 50/50; not a loss if he fails.

Drew 0-0 with Austria Klagenfurt at the weekend. Looked lost in the first-half but improved significantly in the second-half, and could have won it. A draw was a fair outcome though.
Midfielder Tursch has been absent of late; he has a serious cruciate ligament injury but is not missed.
Regular RWB Windhager is finally back after injury but backup RWB Golles has done seriously well in his stead, and may keep his place in the eleven for the time being.
Rotation option Ibrahimi has suffered a broken metatarsal. Not a loss.
Backup defender Softic is injured; not a problem.
Rotation option Hofer may be omitted.
Regular CBs Strauss and Haudum were surprising absentees last match; no explanation given so it's unclear what the situation is. Far from ideal to ask key midfielder Koch to drop into the back three again.
Backup GK Lukse has an injury; not a problem whilst Schmid is fit.
