Gloukh returns. Fernando injured again. CB + LB problematic. Capaldo concussed. Struber yet to discover his strongest eleven. Koita returns. Capaldo/Baidoo out. Bidstrup 50/50.
Drew 0-0 with Austria Vienna away from home before the international break, and were extremely lucky to do so. They were absolutely battered from start to finish, and would have lost if not for Schlager's heroics. Worst display of the season.
Regular LB Terzic picked up an injury in the defeat against LASK. Rotation LB Ulmer is surprisingly still injured so they'll have to call upon youngster Guindo.
Rotation striker Koita returns from injury.
Backup CB Okoh suffered a bad injury in the game against Internazionale, and may not play again in 2023. With Baidoo and Solet now both carrying injuries (unclear how serious) and Piatkowski only just back from a long time out, CB is a problem area.
Although back recently, Fernando is now injured again - not an issue with lots of options in attack.
Rotation midfielder Kameri is injured again; not a loss.
Midfield regular Kjaergaard has a shoulder injury; will not play again until 2024. Not normally a big issue but with Capaldo concussed and Bidstrup 50/50 due to a cold, CM could become a problem - thin on the ground.
Backup defender Wallner is injured; not a loss.
Regular creator Gloukh returns from international duty.
Diakite/Sangare able to play. Heil returns. Steinwender/Halwachs doubts. Frieser/Kainz may be benched.
Managed to eek out a 1-0 home against Rapid Vienna before the international break. Fought hard and took their chances well but were substantially outplayed, and had their opponents taken some of their many chances better, they would have lost.
Although on loan from Salzburg, both Sangare and Diakite are eligible to play.
Captain Heil returns from suspension and will resume his slot at RB.
Midfielder Wilfinger is injured; not a loss.
Regular attacker Providence picked up an injury in the game against Blau-Weiss Linz. Not a loss because Avdijaj is one of their most in-form players right now.
Backup goalkeeper Ehlmann not far away from a return after surgery. Not a problem if it takes a while though; they've got Tobias Knoflach.
Steinwender/Halwachs both missed the last match because of injury/illness; not losses if they fail again.
Regulars Kainz and Frieser may be benched again following the effectiveness of their last eleven in a game against a tough opponent.
