Jeonbuk reclaimed their place at the top of the K League after 3 years of struggles. They also won the double after winning the Korea Cup. The appointment of Gus Poyet was key in the team's turn around and helped them go a record breaking 22 games unbeaten in the league. Lots of changes with Gus Poyet leaving after just one season, Chung Jung-yong from Gimcheon Sangmu has been appointed as a replacement. Chung has worked wonders at Gimcheon and deserves a shot at a top club. Key players have also left in Jin-seop Park, Jeong-ho Hong, Min-kyu Song and top scorer Jin-woo Jeon. Replacements for the above are from the top level of the league so things look quite balanced between ins and outs. Expect them to challenge for the title once again. Strengths - First Xi and bench is probably the best in the league. Replacements for star players are also league-ready having played in the K League before. Weaknesses - Losing Poyet and key players will take some time to adjust to.
