Luton are back in England's second tier and it remains uncertain how they will fare in the coming campaign. The main reasons for this are the change of manager and loss of key players. Graeme Jones has taken over the Kenilworth Road helm after Nathan Jones and then Mick Harford led them to glory last term. Graeme Jones has been a successful coach but never manager before so there is a fair degree of the unknown. To lose Jack Stacey and James Justin is a big blow for the Hatters too but last season's top scorer James Collins remains. Additionally, Jones has brought in experienced players in Brendan Galloway, Ryan Tunnicliffe, Martin Cranie and Callum McManaman and they could be valuable. Expectations will start off being low but this is a team with plenty of character and team spirit and they may surprise.

Target

They will be looking purely to survive at first.
