Continue to lack depth so keeping the star players fit and available will be as important this term as it was last year. None of the departures is significant, Gunter and Solet were great but both sustained nasty injuries so they will miss the rest of 2025 anyway. Goztepe’s attack impressed last term and more of the same can be expected. It is led by 4 Brazilians. Romulo and Juan were excellent partners when both could play. They assisted each other for 17 goals altogether. Janderson is a bright new striker, while after missing most of last season injured Emersonn will be keen to do more this year. Still lack depth in the middle of the park. Not that the players available are not solid, just all of Ildiz, Tijanic and Dennis missed multiple months injured last season and they need to have back-ups ready to step in. This is not the case right now but Goztepe often loan in a bunch of players from their parent club Southampton late in the transfer window.
