Basically bringing back the same personnel, coach and tactical approach means Randers will run things again the same way and just hope for a bit more luck when it matters most. Likely to continue favouring the 4-4-2 shape, in it Nordli operates as a left midfielder. In some games can shift to 4-3-3, used this formation often in pre-season. In it, Nordli plays in advanced role. If he does that often he could easily be even more productive this term.
