Frustrating results late in the season led to this disappointment. Transformed their draws into wins during the Vision League. Not only topped their mini-league but then in the play-offs secured two narrow wins and were crowned champions of this transition tournament. The money from this success were invested in two high-profile signings. Attacking midfielder Asakura and striker Nakajima bring promise that the Stallions will have even better attack this term. There was no reliable goal provider in 2025, the main reason why so few wins were secured. This could change now with Nakajima capable of great things in attack. Kept their entire team from the good run in spring and the synchrony of the group should be high from the day one. Explosive wide midfielder Sagara created the most big chances during the Vision League and he will be given a regular starting role for certain. His ability to take on defenders one-on-one and deliver precise crosses while on the move make him a star in the making. Keeping him in the squad past this season might be hard but for now he is happy to stay. If Vegalta can score more goals and display the same consistency defensively they will be in the mix for promotion.
