An injury-ridden campaign under Klaas Wels saw TOP Oss finish in 17th last term in what was a poor season. Ruud Brood will now become the new head coach for the 2023/24 campaign. With the addition of Brood and a host of player changes over the summer, a new era is upon Oss. The likes of Jearl Margaritha, Thijs Jansen, Kay Tejan, Richonell Margaret, Lorenzo Pique, Kyvon Leidsman, Justin Mathieu, Rick Stuy van den Herik, Bradly van Hoeven, Joshua Sanches and Joep van der Sluijs have all left the club. They all were big parts of the squad last year and the years prior so next season will look a lot different for Oss. Experienced Eerste Divisie players Xander Lambrix, Calvin Mac-Intosch and Mike Havekotte have all joined the squad. Havekotte will be expected to take over as starting 'keeper. Younger players Joshua Eijgenraam, Jonathan Mulder and Vasilios Pavlidis have also completed moves. A few forward options have also joined in the form of Enrico Duenas, Amine Rehmi and the most recent addition Konstantinos Doumtsios. The first two are young and lack experience so it remains to be seen how well they will perform at this level. However, the Greek Doumtsios has some good playing time under his belt from the Greek Super League so will be looking to become the talisman for Oss. It will take some time for the new players to gel and for Brood to implement his style of play. There are bound to be a few teething issues early on due to such wholesale changes to the side.

Avoid the bottom three and start advancing towards mid-table.
