Kean remains on the look-out for additional firepower after summer signing Leon Best suffered a pre-season injury that will rule the former Newcastle hot-shot out for up to six months. Rumours within the local area suggest that three defeats in their opening three league games could put paid to Kean's tenure and it is this uncertainty that could plague Rovers all season as they bid for a rapid return to the top flight.
