It is difficult to know what to expect from Bolton this term. Neil Lennon did superbly to turn around their fortunes last season after a difficult start to the campaign under Dougie Freedman. Lennon achieved the first aim of keeping his side up but the season kind of drifted away after that point. Getting the buzz back may be the main aim of the campaign with the club losing momentum in previous seasons. Adam Bogdan has joined Liverpool but Ben Amos is a more than adequate replacement on loan from Manchester United. Matt Mills' departure to Nottingham Forest is also a big blow but Derik Osede is an interesting signing from Real Madrid. Gary Madine and Filip Twardzik are other signings for a side that used plenty of players last term. Lennon must now decide on a clear line up and formation.

Target

Mid-table may not please the fans but it is probably the best Wanderers can hope for.
